1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Feelstory Gallery service (the "Service"), including the Feelstory mobile application ("App") and the optional feature allowing you to transfer photos from your Feelstory gallery directly to Google Drive or Dropbox, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Feelstory Gallery allows clients to view, download, and interact with photos provided to them by Feelstory. The Service includes:

Web Gallery:

• Viewing and downloading photos via unique access codes
• Optional transfer of photos to Google Drive or Dropbox

Mobile Application:

• Viewing gallery photos on iOS devices
• AI-powered photo editing suggestions
• Creating and saving video reels from gallery photos
• Creating photo carousels for social media
• Saving favorites and organizing photos
• Downloading photos and videos to your device

The Service does not require traditional user accounts. Access is provided via unique gallery codes or links issued by Feelstory.

3. Mobile Application Features

Photo Library Access:

The App may request access to your device's photo library to:

• Save rendered video reels to your Photos
• Save downloaded images to your Photos
• Select reference photos for AI editing features

Audio File Access:

The App allows you to upload audio files (MP3, WAV, M4A, etc.) from your device to create custom video reels. Uploaded audio files are stored temporarily on Feelstory servers for video rendering purposes only.

Local Storage:

The App stores preferences, favorites, and reel configurations locally on your device to provide a seamless experience.

4. Google Drive and Dropbox Integrations (Web Only)

When you choose to transfer a photo via the web gallery:

• You will authenticate using Google or Dropbox OAuth
• Feelstory receives temporary, limited-scope access only to upload the specific file you selected
• Feelstory will never read, list, modify, or delete any files in your cloud storage
• Transfers occur directly from Feelstory's storage to your account

Use of Google services is subject to Google's Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Use of Dropbox services is subject to Dropbox's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

5. AI-Powered Features

The App includes AI-powered photo editing suggestions. When using these features:

• Your photos may be processed by AI systems to generate edit suggestions
• AI-generated edits are provided as suggestions only
• Feelstory does not guarantee the accuracy or quality of AI-generated content
• You retain all rights to your original photos

6. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

• You will only use the Service to access photos you are authorized to view
• You will not misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service
• You will not attempt to circumvent access controls
• You will not upload audio files you do not have the right to use
• You will comply with all applicable laws when using the Service

7. Intellectual Property

• Photos accessed through the Service remain the property of Feelstory or the applicable rights holder
• AI-generated edits are provided for your personal use
• You may not redistribute or commercially exploit content from the Service without permission

8. Data Usage

Feelstory stores:

• Your email address (if provided or retrieved from Google/Dropbox)
• Records of which files were downloaded, viewed, or transferred
• Reel configurations and preferences (stored locally on your device)
• Uploaded audio files (temporarily, for video rendering)

This information is used for providing the Service, internal analytics, and troubleshooting only. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Third-Party Services

Feelstory uses various third-party services for hosting, analytics, content delivery, AI processing, and video rendering. These providers may process data on Feelstory's behalf in accordance with their own privacy practices.

10. Termination

Feelstory may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or that disrupts the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Feelstory is not liable for:

• Any failure in transfer to Google Drive, Dropbox, or your device
• Loss or corruption of data
• Unauthorized access resulting from misuse of your access code
• Quality or accuracy of AI-generated content
• Issues with video rendering or audio processing
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Feelstory makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, security, or performance of the Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
